Are you attempting to access internet resources from an Enterprise (Business) network or Educational establishment? If so, network security measures might be intercepting SSL communication for deep-packet inspection - and in so doing the SSL trust-chain is broken. In this situation, you’ll need to seek assistance from your Network Security Team.

Otherwise, try connecting to a different WiFi network - perhaps of a neighbour or friend - and try again. If you are able to download material that was previously not possible, then you have demonstrated that the problem lies with your WiFi network. However, should the problem persist, the iPad may be the issue.

Armed with the results of this test, it will be possible to provide more targeted debug assistance.

Ok, 15.4.1 is currently the latest version of iPadOS ... so, at this time, there are no updates for it.

On the other hand, if I'm understanding you, your iPad has is now experiencing these network issues since the update to 15.4.1 ... but was not having these issues with the prior build ... correct?

If so, which of the following best describe what you are seeing:

  1. The iPad cannot successfully access the local Wi-Fi network?
  2. The iPad can connect to the local Wi-Fi network?
  3. The iPad can connect to the local Wi-Fi network, but cannot gain access to the Internet?
  4. The iPad can gain access to the Internet, but is not successful with all the sites you try to visit?

Finally, what have you tried, so far yourself, to resolve this issue?

Just to be sure. It is currently running iPadOS 15.4.1 or you want to update it to that version? When attempting to access the Apple App Store on this iPad do you get any error messages?
