Walked in to order the new mango dragon fruit beverage that is being advertised and was not able to get it due to the fact they did not have all ingredients in product on hand. How are you going to offer something on spy saw that advertised everywhere and not have our product. This location does not offer a drive-through so I literally had to go inside to find out I walk out with nothing.
They were kind enough to bring my food curbside when they were understaffed. Much appreciated having a toddler refusing to wear her mask. 🙏🏻
We ordered two drinks and a croissant, from the.mobile app. They have us one wrong drink and a sandwichThey were very helpful and friendly, and fixed everything.The store is very clean and well organized for covid with social distancing marks on the floor and hand sanitizer
I absolutely love this Starbucks! The employees here are fantastic always super friendly I mean super friendly, they go out of their way please every customer. If you frequent this place often they always greet You by name. If you they feel they didnt make it correctly theyre already in the process every making you another drink. This is the greatest Starbucks they have the best customer service!
Personnel very friendly with smiles. Plenty of seating compare to most Starbucks. Tables and seats are spaced comfortably far enough apart.ReasonI didnt give it a 5 star is because the floor in the area where I sat had straw wrappers, large crumbs, used napkins that needed to be swept up.
Like all the Starbucks in the area, this only also fail to impress and horrible customer experience. Asked for a Nitro Cold Brew in a Glass (trying to do some good to the environment :-) end up having in a regular plastic cup, they didnt even try to apologies for the error like nothing happened. Waiting Time is too high for a Starbucks.
The young lady that took my order was not very nice at all. This Starbucks is not setup like most Starbucks. The line is very confusing and I heard the gentleman in the back constantly asking customers to move because they weren’t standing in the correct spot. Once I confronted staff, the lady helping instantly got rude with me. I do not recommend this location at all!
This place is one of the fastest Starbucks Ive seen. And the guy taking an order named Josh was extremely friendly and helpful. In fact he was one of the best Starbucks employees Ive ever met. He has a great smile. I wish more Starbucks had cool guys like that. I think when cloning becomes available we need to clone Josh and put them as a teller at every Starbucks in fact lets put them at every register in the world. He is the model citizen with this world should be based on.
6/5/13COFFEE TO GOKnowing that we were about to walk into a movie theater, and knowing their usual policy on outside food and drinks, my husband and I decided to split a small, white chocolate mocha. The attendant working was very nice and polite and he even IDed me when I pulled out my Visa.Yes, I used my Visa for a $3.55 purchase. And Yes! A small coffee was $3.55!!He asked if we wanted whipped cream and we said, of course! :) The drink was prepared quickly and there was no line ahead of us so we were in and out in just a couple of minutes.I visited the womens restroom which was a bit untidy but overall clean with lots of paper on the floor. Hand driers are so much nicer than paper towels. Cleaner and environmentally more friendly. But oh well.We snuck in the coffee and he hid it under his seat for most of the movie. By the time I remembered it, I had a cold sip and all the whipped cream was gone, but it was still good :)
Line took forever, a guy cut in front of me and the cashier didnt do anything and then the lady who made my drink didnt put the lid on and I spilled my drink on my shirt. This location is if poor quality and seems to be run mainly by college kids who dont care at all.
Was here this morning to buy a gift card for friends birthday ,the white (only )guy at the counter literally barked at me as I too close to the counter selecting cards and near to another serving customer(his girlfriend?).All the ladies at the counter ,saw this unexpected atrocious behavior with the customer as well - shame on your the store manager not teaching your employees some etiquette! Last thing we need starting our morning with a cup of Java - he came at me like a bat from hell:(
Just now ordered a tall iced white tea at the counter. I always order it and pay $1.95. However in spite of telling the girl at the counter that it is tall white iced tea, she kept asking me for $2.45. I paid as 50 cents is not a big deal. But that fact is how ignorant are these people of why they are hired for.
Six people got their drink before me and they ordered after I did, the guy running the cold drink side of the bar looked out of his element. I ordered a double shot in addition to the beverage and only got a single, I can tell from the color and the taste after years of drinking the same drink, and my biggest pet peeves is when I say no whip and the sticker says no whip and Im watching him read it twice and he adds whip I literally want to walk out, but I already paid my $7.95 and watching time tick away creeping closer to late I have no choice but to wait it out. Its a 2 star rating because it had caffeine and that is the bare minimum requirement for a caffeinated beverage. Dont come here if you value your time or desire accuracy, its not an isolated incident, theres a systemic indifference.
There are two core issues with this place: Parking and layout. I drive by this location often but fairly stop because of those two reasons. Parking is very limited and tight with the added difficulty of a hard turn and and entrance at each end as well as shared with other stores. One person getting in and out of a slot can bring the place to a halt, especially when there is a (expletive withheld) who just sits and blocks the way when they think someone is going to pull out but also crowds the person getting out so they have to maneuver around them.If you find a place to park you find its long and narrow with the line looping past one door, around blocking the bathroom, then up to the cash registers only to dump you into the area everyone is waiting for drinks. Its a shamble of people waiting, getting, and doctoring their drinks.The drinks are mostly consistent but I get more variation here than others SB in the area.
This is your typical Starbucks location for the most part with the exception that this one is centrally located next to 580 and 680 on-ramps making for an efficient drop in if you are in the area. The drop in stars in this case is due to the lack of parking at this location being a major problem and the heavy traffic flow and high volume of people that frequent this location.
Been coming here off and on for the past 6 years. Very friendly baristas for a Starbucks. Some will start a conversation with you while ordering. But finding parking space in the lot at times can be tough depending on time of day. Plenty a room/space to work (free wifi), socialize with friends or sit by yourself at the coffee bar or the individual big comfy chairs.Coffee drinks, frappuccinos, teas, smoothies are the same as always. Seems to have more of a variety of pastries, baked goods, pre-made sandwiches, salads and lots of different grab and go juices, waters, etc.This busy location can get messy at times because of amount of traffic it gets.
Probably one of the biggest Starbucks in Dublin, this place has a very big seating area where you can enjoy your coffee and food in peace. It does get busy but you can find a parking and get your favorite caffeine reasonably quickly. Like any other Starbucks, this branch accepts online order, which is always the best idea if you know what you want to get! A pretty decent options for pastries also.
Staff was more interested in personal conversations than any type of customer service. Drink orders sat and no name called out for them. Food orders where tossed on top of other food orders. When names where called for drinks staff would turn and not acknowledge guests.
Drive thru is better than Arbys old school, great new crew, really listens to your order without having to park and go back in to fix your order. Robbie and Colin are tops at how they do what they do for Starbux. Mercardo-OVERPRICED, 8 DOĹLAR Almond & Kelly sandwich/10salads
