I already went to the Apple service centre they told me that it looks like software and it's not covered by apple care plus. 😡
After I update my phone this is what happened and I don't know what to do.

updated iPhone 14 pro to iOS17
phone has crashed and restarted over 30 times since update from Apple.
total failure. My iphone has 100 gb free space of the 256gb ….. updated to the latest … everytime Im using it listening to Apple Music it restarts. Itll restart most when I watch a video or use Twitter/youtube. TRULY a disappointment.

My daughter had this issue. I even tried restoring from my mac pro, but it kept booting before it could finish restoring. Then I noticed her camera protector was cracked. Removed it and the phone stopped rebooting. Just finished restoring it. Might want to check that if you have one.

My phone started same issue today, after using wireless charging (was not using wireless for sometime). Sometime it was not allowing to unlock, touch screen seems to be disabled, however it says swipe up to unlock, after couple of restart it works. sometimes restarting is a problem since touch screen doesnt work.

I have the same problem, only when I use Apple Music, both the Ipad and the Iphone reboot. I tried ALL possible solutions (forced reboot, reset settings, deleted and reinstalled the app), but nothing. Seems like a software problem

Hello, until a week ago the problem had not occurred, until one morning I put the airpods, open Apple Music... 3 minutes of song and the phone reboot... the situation is becoming frustrating, also because every solution I try seems to serve no purpose!!

Exactly i have also noticed my i phone 14 pro keeps restarting but when i turn on always on display my i phone restart otherwise working perfectly
please let me know the solution or how to fix it

I have a 14 plus and it’s been doing that a lot recently. I checked my battery life, forced it to restart, deleted apps and it continues to restart on its own.
