Mary Kay Ash says, "The most rewarding aspect of my life is to watch a woman come into our company like a tight little rosebud, and after six months of praise, encouragement and recognition by her recruiter and Sales director friends – she blossoms into a poised beautiful woman. All because someone helped her reach down within herself and bring forth her God-given talents and abilities."

armando's advice on how to share the Mary Kay opportunity
•Because you Love the proDucts. What
makes Armando stay in
this business is that he
really loves and uses
Mary Kay products. Plus,
he gets big income when
he sells them (products).
•Because you Love the reWarDs anD the opportunities. Armando always tells
his new customers and
team members about
the great rewards and
opportunities that he
gets from Mary Kay - like
the opportunities to be
your own boss of your
business, to receive team
building bonuses, to travel
to different places, and to
drive a Pink Car.
•Because you Love the opportunity to enrich other Lives.Armando always gets
excited every time he
sees his unit members
move up in their Mary
Kay careers. And he
believes that alone is a
great reason to do the
Mary Kay business.
Dreams do come true at mary Kay
independent executive senior sales Director armando 'Junard' abinsay, Jr. always dreamed a great life, far from what he had in his younger years in the province.
Determined to reach all the dreams for himself and his mother Josefina, he decided to seek a greener pasture in the City. He thought he had already found his luck as a staff member of a local beauty salon. But he became better off when he started having two jobs as a make-up artist and a talent coordinator for a television network.
“I thought having two jobs at the same time was the greatest thing that I could get for my life,” Armando recalled. “My mother was already contented that I was able to help her by sending some of my hard earned money every 15 days.” But he admitted that juggling two jobs was not an easy one. “I could really feel the pressure of the deadlines and demands... to the extent that I had to report for work late hours at night,” he explained.
Meet armando abinsay, Jr. and how his dreams were achieved in Mary Kay
But, Armando never imagined that his life would get even better at that point until he met an Independent Mary Kay Sales Director who introduced him to the world of Mary Kay. “At first, I was quite skeptic about the Mary Kay business, since I would sell different things in the past. I was just interested to use the Starter Kit,” he teased.
But one thing led to another as he found himself attending various Mary Kay trainings and activities. “I was totally clueless when I started, but through these activities, I was able to learn the basics of this business, which is simply to sell and share the Mary Kay opportunity.”
Indeed, Armando was a fast learner. After starting in August 2008, he became an Independent Sales Director in less than five months. He produced his first off spring Sales Director in July 2009. In the first two quarters of his career as a Sales Director, he received his first Mary Kay Pink Car.
And in a span of four years, he was able to travel to different countries like Hong Kong, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore
because of the rewards and opportunities from his selling and team building activities.
“With Mary Kay, I really enjoy the work-life balance it offers. I am able to practice the business’ priorities - God first, family second and career third,” he declared. In fact, Armando has now more time to call and visit his mother who lives in Davao.
Recently, Armando was able to build his dream home for his mother from the finances, rewards and commissions he received in his Mary Kay business. “Indeed, dreams do really come true and I have proven that to be true many times at Mary Kay,” he exclaimed. In fact, before building his dream home for his mother, Armando was able to create a cattle-and-farm business and bought a tricycle for her - all of these from his Mary Kay business.
“I am very thankful that my dream home is finally finished and Nanay is loving it,” he exclaimed. And for Armando, another dream has been achieved because of the help from Mary Kay.

EDITOR'S NOTE:
In the Seminar 2013 brochure, please be guided that, under the portion of the Queen's Court of Sharing, we have inadvertently stated the wrong mechanics for the last bullet point. Instead of "A tie will be broken by the total wholesale amount of Section 1 personal orders placed during the contest period," it should be written as "Ties will be broken by the total personal team sales of the qualifier during the contest period."
